SIRIUS/XM asked us to introduce a new product and an entirely new model---Internet delivery, with the first 30 days absolutely free. The program was designed to upgrade customers to paid subscriptions with an eventual upsell to satellite subscription and hardware purchase. With that said, the "HEAR. NOW" tour was born…a virtual festival with all the excitement and immediacy of a live event, tailored to every listener’s personal entertainment tastes. The program surpassed performance projections threefold.
