Few medical categories are as crowded and complex as allergic rhinitis. With major Rx brands jumping to OTC and flexing deep pockets, launching a new brand was a daunting one. We also knew (from experience) allergy sufferers are notorious for serial failures on their RX and OTC meds. So we gave it to them straight. The brand spot took a believable spokesperson and did something no one in the category was doing…just telling it like it is…to an audience that was just looking for an answer. Relief “Right At The Site” did just that… creating a brand mnemonic to believe in.
